What is a good running pace?

- Elite: under 5:00 min/mile (under 3:06 /km)
What pace do I need for a sub-4-hour marathon?

How do I convert min/mile to min/km?

Understanding Running Pace
Pace = time per unit distance (e.g., 8:30 per mile). Speed = distance per unit time (e.g., 7.06 mph). They are inverses: a faster pace means a higher speed.
